[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — Fake delivery report generated by blue dart haripad, kerala

Hi,

I have placed an order on ebay on 18th july 2016, i got a mail on the next day[protected] saying that the item has been shipped by seller and the estimated date of delivery will be between[protected] to[protected].
The courier name and AWB details are also provided in mail as below

Courier name: BLUE DART
Airway Bill Details: [protected]

But on 27th i got a call from the haripad blue dart office, address of the office is given below

NEAR R K JUNCTION

They said than they cannot provide home delivery my home, (Pin code of my home is 689623) either i need to come to the location where they can come, or the item will go return on that day itself. but i was in office at that time so i refused to accept their demand.
They disconnected the call by telling that "sorry sir the item will be dispatched back to seller"

I had opened claim in ebay saying "item not received",

Today, 30th july 2016, i got a call from ebay regarding the same, and the customer service executive said the tracking details shows the item has already been delivered on 27th july 2016.
I was shocked and contacted the above mentioned BLUE DART office, and i came to know that the item was delivered at somewhere else for closing their report as "delivered" and they did it with out taking any confirmation from me.
The so called manager is trying to justify the issue like, "the executive tried to call me but i didn't pic the phone so he did that"

Here i have a doubt in integrity of BLUE DART, is that the right way to deliver the item when the recipient couldn't accept call??
If the recipient is not picking the call, then the item should have been returned.Or at least they should sent an SMS saying that we will deliver the item at this particular location, please collect.

EBAY is refusing my claim due to this, so kindly provide a solution for the same
