From Murugan travels new delhi they had sent my client Mr.K C Raj passport to your blue dard courier on 10th of Oct'14. but till date we have not received that and what is the big shame is bluedard people telling that they have not trace that shipment. Today (14/10/2014) my client have to move from chennai to abroad by air. He booked air ticket and hotel. I dont know what we have to tel to our client. I dont know what you peoples are doing. Please find my AWB No and complaint number given below and do the needful. Before 5pm we have to receive that passport are else you people will face the circumstances.
