[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Blue dart not delivering product | |||
My package was supposed to be delivered today as per the tracking website. I was at home all day! When I tracked my package it said "out for delivery" but I never received my package. Then again when I tried to track my package it said "delivery attempted, premises closed" I was at home the whole day but no one showed up. I didn't even receive a call from the delivery person. Finally got my product delivered. After making several calls to them and visiting the Jaynagar hub. They told me it was out for delivery and then I called the delivery guy and got it delivered. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
