[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Complaint for irregular delivery by Agartala Cod 2.

I regret to inform you that I was booked a item on 03/07/2014 on the following Postal address Ranabir Bhattacharjee, CID Office, A D Nagar- 799003, Agartala, Tripura, vide snapdeal order no. [protected].The tracking number was [protected]. and the item was arrived at 09/07/2014 at the office of Bluedart Agartala Cod Center 2. On the same date one person rang me from the Mobile number [protected] over my Cell Phone and told me to collect item from the Agartala Cod Center 2. On 11/07/2014 I collected the item from Bluedart Courier service Agartala Cod Center 2. The person alson called upon my collegue namely Jayanta Roy, Surakumar Debbarma and their tracking numbers were [protected], [protected] & [protected]. They are also bound to collect from Bluedart Courier service Agartala Cod Center 2. Now I want to know, Is it the duty of Bluedart Courier service (Agartala Cod Center 2)? Now, I therefore request your esteemed self to be taken follow up action against them.
