My name is vidya kumar my mobile num is [protected], email id is [protected]@gmail.com . I really got fed up as i didn't get my courier on time. Also, they have updated wrong status entries on their site. I faced ample problems, i took off from my office to get courier on time but the courier boy didn't come and gave wrong feedback to his office. i asked him to deliver it on my secondary address, but he didn't. now he's not picking up my call too. I've taken two days off from my office which is going to impact my salary at the end of the month. I had to get courier on time. it was my credit card through which i had to do some payments but i couldn't which caused me loss of money (not paying on time fine charge). this courier delivery failure caused me so many losses in terms of money.
