" I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE ON MONDAY THE 15TH OF JUNE WHICH WAS SPECIFICALLY FOR URGENT DELIVERY VERIFIED FOR ADDRESS AND DELIVERY STATUS MULTIPLE TIME DURING THE COURSE OF DELIVERY STATUS SHOWN AS OUT FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY THE 16TH BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS RETURNED WITHOUT ANY CALL FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE ON SITE WAS GIVE AN EXCUSE THAT "WE DO NOT CALL ON BANK SHIPMENTS ON THE FIRST GO" HAD GIVEN SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS OVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DELIVER IT AFTER 4:30 PM BUT NONE OF THE REQUESTS WERE FOLLOWED ANY DAY. THEN WAS TOLD SHIPMENT WOULD BE SENT AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED THE 17TH ARRIVED HAD REQUESTED THE BANK TO TAKE CARE OF THIS THEY ASSURED THAT CONSIGNMENT WOULD BE DELIVERED AT MY WHOM ADDRESS ON THE 18TH AFTER BANK APPROVAL ALL B.S APPROVAL ALREADY SENT ON THE 16TH MAIL RECORDED BY CITY BANK. CALLED IN ON THE 18TH WAS TOLD CONSIGNMENT WOULD BE DELIVERED AT HOME ADDRESS BEFORE 4 PM BY THE LAST REP AFTER 3 UNSUCCESSFUL TRAILS OF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF YOUR . CALL RECEIVED AT 2 PM BY A INCOMPETENT DELIVERY BOY WHO IS asking ME TO RECEIVE IT AT MY GURGAON ADDRESS... CALLED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN AFTER KEEPING THE PHONE WITH THEM REQUESTED I NEED IT ON THE 18TH ANYHOW IT IS STILL FREAKING 2 PM I KNOW YOU GUYS DELIVERY TILL 6 PM BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE IN FACT CAUGHT A FEW MORE LIES ON THE RECORDED LINE THAT THEY CAN DELIVERY TILL 8 OR 9 PM IN EMERGENCY CASES..."
I KNOW THIS MAIL WOULD BE LEFT WITHOUT ANY REGARD BECAUSE WE ARE JUST ANOTHER CORPORATE IN THIS FORSAKEN COUNTRY WHERE THERE IS NO VALUE FOR THE OTHER PERSONS TIME AND MONEY . NO ETHICS OF BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY ONE MAIL OF DISCONTENTMENT AND MULTIPLE POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT GONNA DRY YOUR OCEAN OF PATHETIC SERVICE. AS LONG AS YOU ARE DUPING CUSTOMERS AND ASSOCIATES. MAKING THIS AN EXCUSE OF CUTTING SALARIES OR INTENSIVES WOULD HELP YOU INCREASE A FEW BASE POINTS ON YOUR PROFIT THIS QUARTER.
