[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Late delivery and Bad behaviour of staff (lady) | |||
For the replacement of my ICICI Credit card I received a message from Bank saying that Credit card has been sent through BLUE DART Courier, AWB [protected] i.e. on 9th. I waited till today, then went Blue Dart office at 12.57 to enquire. The lady whos name is Geetha is not behaved properly. Such a reputed organisation employees should behave respectfully. She dont know how to talk with customers like senior citizens . Please give her proper training. She answered very roughly arrogantly. Was this information helpful? | |||
