[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Lost Nexus 4 mobile

My friend sent LG Nexus-4 mobile which was 2 months old through Bluedart from Bangalore to Chennai on 11 Nov 2014. It was delivered within 3 days but the mobile was missing in the courier. I raised complaint against this in bluedart care. But there is no proper investigation going on. I even provided my IMEI number, but it is of no use. Till date i.e., 15 Dec 2014, I am getting same response that its under investigation. My friend have clearly mentioned in invoice that there is a costly mobile inside courier and suggested them personally to transport it very much carefully and securely as there is much important data in that mobile. Even after our request, they sent the courier normally without any security and the outcome is that I lost my Nexus mobile :( Bluedart is a very worst courier service which doesn't value their customer's expectations.
