[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Non-deliver of consignment

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a consignment from snapdeal on 16th Oct.2014 and the courier alotted for delivery was Blue dart. Initially I was happy. Due to Diwali festival week the consignment reached Bhilai on 28th Oct.2014 only . However, after receipt of the consignment at Bhilai (which was confirmed by Blue dart staff) the same has not been delivered after elapse of 24 hrs. I repeatedly contacted your staff at Bhilai (Mr. Satish and Mr. Ravinder) but till they are unable to trace my consignment. Of-late intentionally they are not attending my call.
