[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Not delivering

I ordered an item from ebay and ebay seller sent me the item on time. From last 3 days it is with my local Bluedart office : . Pincode 734006 Address BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD NEAR FRIENDS UNION CLUB RAJA RAMMOHAN ROY ROAD EAST VIVEKANANDA PALLY Location SILIGURI. When I call them, they don't respond and hang up the phone. I went to their office and asked them to search my packet. They said they will send it to my address and did not help any further. I haven't got my shipment yet. I am afraid that they will return the shipment without notifying me because they had done so before once.
