Dear Team, My courier was dispatched from Kolkata for Ghazipur with details as under : Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : Dl40h7JBN Pickup Date 26 September 2015 From Kolkata To Gazipur Expected Arrival : 3 Oct 2015 Its 07 Oct 2015, yet my parcel is not delivered, I mailed following complaint dated 05/10/2015 & following reply : Tracking #: [protected] as per tracking details my shipment was expected to arrive by 3rd Oct but is not yet delivered...Its over 9 days since shipment was booked with bluedart still it haven't arrived & moreover tracking details have also not been updated form last 3 days…. Plz follow up on my package….excessive delay of my shipment is causing huge inconvenience in my business…. Telephone Customer Service[protected], 6555602 Location[protected], 3296831, [protected] I even called your All India Customer Care No : [protected], but got empty reply that they will follow up but nothing happened.
