Blue Dart Express Limited — Not received courier on the given delivery date

Dear Sir, This is my waybill number [protected]. The courier had been shipped on 15th Nov. U have given the delivery date is 17th NOV. But till now i am not receiving the material. I contacted the customer care, but they aren't also knowing the exact status. Still it is not delivered to chennai. First time i am hearing the blue dart is making us as a fool. I want the status of my courier and when can i receive the material.
