[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Parcel Not Delivered | |||
I have a parcel to be delivered in Hyderabad. My Waybill no. is [protected]. I was supposed to receive the parcel on 4th August, 2014. Its been four days, i have not received my parcel. The Blue Dart customer service is so poor and miserable. The courier delivery person does not receive phone calls, makes false promises of delivery every day, but does not turn up. This is insane! I want to take immediate action against the delivery person whose name i do not know; his phone no. is +91 [protected]. Can anybody help me out on this? Was this information helpful? | |||

When ever I used to call to Blue dart nellore office no, nobody responds the call. There is no status of the parcel. This is very bad management & poor customer service.
Pls do the needful, take proper action & provide me my parcel.
