Blue Dart Express Limited — Product not delivered but status delivered

I have booked axis bank edge loyalty gift. Axis bank sent via blue dart queries. I have received message from axis bank on 22 this month. I am waiting for the product to be arrived. Suddenly i just checked on tracking status on tracking website they mentioned that products has been already shipped. Its really ridiculous how they changed the status even they have not delivered the product. No calls from blue dart still now. When i called them not proper response from blue dart courier . Please help me to resolve this issue and help me to get products from blue dart. This is my RWB number. [protected]
