[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Product returned without intimate to the receiver

Hello sir, i have purchase two sweaters from myntra.com order no. 22686643 and blue dart tracking no is [protected] dated 8th nov, 2014.which was not delieverd to me by courier company(BLUE DART) and they cancelled my order and return to myntra arguing that buyer was not available but the reality is that i will contact to blue dart before the order was returned and they said they will delievered the product next day but the product was not delieverd and say sorry for wrongly return the product to myntra.And now when i reorder the same product myntra.com will charge higher amount. so i want my cliam because i have suffered loss due to your fault.Many times i will contact blue dart but everytime they will gave me date and i have expend on mobile bills and 2 times i am going to blue dart office.
So Please resolve this issue and help me out otherwise i will take other legal action against the bluedart.
