Blue Dart Express Limited — The courier company is refusing to deliver at the mentioned adress at the time of booking (unethical behaviour) | |||
With reference to waybill numbers [protected] and [protected], i dispatched my consignments through bluedart couriers.The courier representative while booking my shipment assured me that the product will be delivered within two or three days at maximum.However instead of delivering the product at the mentioned address, the courier company is refusing to deliver the product to the consignee address citing some reason out of delivery area and causing huge inconvenience to the consignee by calling and telling the consignee to receive the shipment at its city office which is some 25 kms away from the mentioned address in the booking and threatening to return the consignment if it did not come to its office... This is not for the first time that the courier company had done such thing, on my previous bookings they had also caused the same inconvenience and then finally delivered the product after my constant complaints to their customer care representatives.This time however the customer care representatives are using delaying tactics that the product will be delivered in a day or two as a special case but have yet failed to deliver the product..
