[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Two Shipments Not Delivred

ear Sir/Madam, I am Mukesh Grover, Tracking WayBill No:[protected] & [protected]. From 17th Oct status is showing 'Contact Customer Care'. I called customer care several times, they told me that it's not an issue, it will be delivered within 48 hours. After 5 days over, status is not updated & I have not received the valuable parcel. As well as expected date of delivery is over. I don't know why they are so careless. I called customer care several times, no reply found.
