Dear sir/madam When we were away, it seems that some delivery boy came to our home to deliver some consignment in my name, D.K. SINGH, Address S-440, IInd Floor, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Deli-110048 on 20.10.2014 and left one slip. Thereafter, no one has come to deliver that consignment. I tried calling on the No. written on that piece of paper but of no avail. I don't know what is the status of that consignment meant for me. Pls send that consignment at my address immediately.
