Blue Dart Express — Not received the consignment on time | |||||
Bitter and very painful experience I have with your company. I have received one SMS from your company that I am supposed to receive my credit card today at 4.15 pm from your Jadavpur branch, Kolkata. Shipment No- AWB[protected]. Way Bill No- [protected]. The card has been reissued to me as the old card was not functioning. I stay in one of the prominent locality of South Kolkata at Upohar Complex, (Efficiency and Comfort), Flat No- E 603, Plot No- 2052, Chak Garia, Kolkata-700094, Behind Peerless Hospital, Near Kabi Subhash Metro Station. I have requested my wife to stay back Home throughout the day to receive the card. Very surprisingly, I have received one SMS that my address is not traceable. Believe me I stay in an apartment where there are 13 towers and it is not at all a rural or village area. I can bet on that your delivery boy did not visit to my address. When he was unable to track the address then why did not he call me up? This is not at all expected from a company like Blue Dart. Please help me by delivering the consignment. Aside Miss Kochar- My credit card No is [protected] which has been reissued and I am yet to receive the card, unnecessarily harassed by Blue Dart company. Please help me by delivering my card.
