I had placed an order with Snapdeal (Bulk order) below are the order way bill numbers. This was delivered through Blue Dart courier services.

The PINCODE was incorrect and the incorrect PINCODE seemed to be a non deliverable one. On this I had requested the PINCODee to be rectified and re-directed to the correct one (for individual way bill numbers) I have also been chasing on alternate days to check if this was done but to my surprise I get a message from Blue dart that my order is cancelled. After I call the blue dart customer support I get a lame response that the reason is mentioned "Consignee refused to accept" firstly when the pincode mentioned was a non-deliverable one how come it was attempted for the delivery and where? secondly I received no calls of the attempts being made.
The customer support executive un-interestedly told me that she was not able to justify the reason of why this was cancelled despite being chased at regualr intervals. I have received other orders after re-directing them to correct pincode but just for the last four of the items i beleive blue dart took its own decsion to not deliver them.
HIGHLY DISSAPOINTING!!! I had to call snapdeal and ask them to process it agian which they said is not possible as it was blue dart's mistake. So between the two of parties the customer had to bear the inconvenience. Was this information helpful? |
