Blue Dart Express — Poor service and customer handling

Worst courier service.
Wrong updates and false commitment .
Keeping the goods 3 to 4 days only at warehouse and never try to pickup the phone also so that we can directly collect it from their office / warehouse.
They don't have any importance of TIME.
Pathetic service.
Try to understand two things.
1 you are in service industry.
2 and you are not providing FREE OF COST SERVICES mean you are charging for the service..

Updated by jigar saraf Toll free executive was firm and confirmed that don't worry sir, your delivery out and would reach by 7:30pm. After that our customer care toll free number says that we are available from Monday to Saturday evening only..
Actually they people don't care or value of the time.
Heights is when I tried to call there warehouse number and office number so that I can collect it from my own way and they do not need to deliver at my delivery address.
But no one have received the call neither they have even tried to call it back.
