This consignment is lying in vimananagar office since last 2 days and the team there is only updating comments as no landmark found. I have already called your customer service and confirmed the landmark but the team is not arranging a call back to me. I see this is the worst service provided by bluedart and going forward i am not going to recommend this for any material delivery. Really bad service. No customer touch provided.
