Blue Dart Express — SMS format to choose delivery time-slot is disgusting

I received an SMS from blue dart stating "Blue Dart tried to deliver Shpt # ********* fm AXIS. Select delivery TIMESLOT A[protected] MON-SAT; SMS D A to 56767 with date post 24 hrs" and I've msgd them 3 times and every time I get this reply, "Invalid keyword, please send the correct keyword". For this SMS i have been charged Rs 3.00/SMS. I sent SMS in the following formats 1.THU 1500 2.1500 THU 3.A(1500)THU I don't know what is the real format they r using. Also from the complaints forum i came to know that many of others also has the same problem and even tried google for the example but no luck.
