Blue Dart Express — Too Much of delay and irresponsible behaviour of the customer care staff | |||||
Hi, My bluedart tracking ref no# [protected] I suppose to get my passport today after noon by 1.00 PM. But still I have not got my passport yet. Even knowing the passport is the urgent document it was not delivered on time. Customer care executives are pathetic and irresponsible. They keep disconnecting my calls. This is the situation for the one of the regular customer of the Blue dart courier. Due to this I have lots of stress and I had to reschedule my flight.
