I have been struggling to receive my shipment for AWB no. [protected], it's out for delivery for the last 6 hours and customer care executives are useless, have called 10 times to 10 different executives all confirming about the shipment to be delivered, without having any clue about the actual status. Worst service and they should bear the financial damage for such pathetic service

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My product is expected to deliver it today, however it is not delivered yet stating delivery delay. Would appreciate if someone look into this and help us in arranging the delivery tomorrow after 12 pm .
