Blue Dart — Item not delivered

Way bill no: [protected] I recived a message that please come and collect the item from blue dart outlet kalimpong. But the item was supposed to be delivered at door step. Upon enquiry they say that the address is incomplete. I asked about the address mentioned in the envelope repeated the address and it was all correct and perfect with all the details. Actually this courier outlet never delivers any item to clients instead he send an sms to come and collect the item urgently. Recently an item was delivered at door step at same address by FEDeX courier service.
