Blue Dart — Unethical Behaviour for the second time at second place | |||||
Date of Incident 19.0.2016 - 22.09.2016 Client Number: [protected] (Blue Dart Gurgaon) I am expecting an order to be delivered. Person came to deliver on 19.09.2016 when I specifically mentioned not to attempt delivery as I will be out of station. Then no delivery attempt was made on 20th, 21st sep 2016. But when i called the company where the order was placed, I was being told that Blue Dart has updated status as"Delivery Attempted"for date 22.Sep.2016 which was not correct at all. No one actually came and they didn't call even once. Again when escalating the issue I received a call on 22.09.16 and person asked if I was @ office (Delivery Address) and I said yes from past 3 days after monday I am here. Till then I kept trying calling the same number and they didn't pick most of the times. some other times they are picking up causing charger for my call and cut it after 2 seconds. After it they are keeping their phone such way that it is coming busy, This is completely unethical and I have faced same problem in Gandhinagar as well when they didn't even attempt to deliver and send me a SMS that object has already been delivered and that time as well no one picked the call. I went to their head office 10 kms away and saw myself that no one cares to pick call up and it just keeps ringing thus challenging the patience of customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
