[Resolved] Blue Star — AC not working | |||
Dear Mr. Akshat Sharma, Greetings . I bought an Split AC on jan’2015 from M/s.Venus electronics, pallavaram, Chennai. It is not working for the last one month( from 02.05.2015). (no cooling). The service persons came from M/s.Sona enterprises, Chennai. They told compressor was gone, we will take the outdoor unit. They took the outdoor unit 3 weeks back, after 1 week, they refitted the outdoor unit. After installation, AC is not working (problem was not rectified) on 16.05.2015. They (M/s.Sona enterprises) committed, they will come on Sunday 17.05.2015. but they didn’t came. Again I raise a complaint, then I got a call from M/s. Sona enterprises that they will come on 17.05.2015 after 5 pm, I waited for that, but no one call or came, but I got a call on next day morning, we will come in the day time not in the evening, if you available we will send a person. I replied I have to go to work, so I will not available, but you can come after 5 pm. Then after a long conversation they committed to come on 24.05.2015(Sunday). But no one came. (to remind this I called on Saturday, nobody picked the phone). Today I called them in the morning, they told they will come at 11 to 11.30 am, but still nobody come, now they are telling other reasons(service person is in other area, you please Wait). Still I am waiting…..(more than 20 days for one complaint) Now I m calling them, no one picked the phone… For your reference Complaint(ticket) number:B[protected] I just trust the M/s.blue star for quality & bought the AC, but this is how you provide the machine which will be defective within warranty period? This is how your machine will work? This is how you treat your customer? This is your response time? Do you think I will prefer to my friends for bluestar products? Because of you & Sona enterprises I have lost 3 whole days (lost salary) and more than 20 days of sleep (Me & my family). Please replace a machine with free of cost or get solve the old machine or just reply we wont do any action on this, we M/s. Bluestar & our service agency will be like this. Please revert.
