[Resolved]  Blue Star — Blue star Gas Leakage No solution 20 days POOR SERVICE

I am From Vadodara.I had purchased a split AC of Blue star 1.5 Tons from BHARMAL SALES BARODA considering that Bluestar is reputed company...but after some AC was not working properly, so i complaint to the prime marketing from where i purchased the AC but after repeating complaints since 20 days they are not able to sort the matter...till date my problem is not sorted out... . a company like Blue star is behaving like this its ridiculous... Compaint Number : B[protected] B[protected] B[protected] i am planning to take it to further if not attended. Company service engineer came after repeated calls. He came and checked the units and told that there is gas leakage. 3 - 4 Times Diffrent engineer came and make report gas leakage and says tommorow will be solved. we wait 2-3 days again we call and company sends new engineer and says the same thing. Till today the service personal has not come I wud request to every one pls dont go for the Blue star product, , service after sales is very poor, its really very bad experience with company. very poor technician response they dont even care customer's need or requirement every time they give a complain no. after thet follow up no. and no solution ...i mean it is rediculious next time we are going to choose another brand . i dont know who is taking care of customer's complain if they are not able to do the what is the point of having a customer service ...please close it it is wastage of time and money. disgusting, , ..

SOLVED BUT TOOK TIME MORE THAN ONE MONTH Every time new technician comes and makes the report & tells tommorow it will be done... AC was not giving colling from 11 th MAR and its today above 1 month 15th APRIL Still PROBLEM NOT SOLVED... Technican are saying tommorow it will be done ... Got Outdoor Unit but not installed service too poor technician was not good... VERY BAD SERVICE... I wud request to every one pls dont go for the Blue star product, , service after sales is very poor, its really very bad experience with company. very poor technician response they dont even care customer's need or requirement every time they give a complain no. after thet follow up no. and no solution it is rediculious next time we are going to choose another brand, Finally After 1 month ...
