[Resolved] Bluedart — Airway bill [protected] --Worst feedback/delivery procedure | |||
Airway Bill number [protected] -- Credit card delivery. Failed twice from Bluedart quoting reason as "lack of Department name and extension number" at my office. Interestingly i got a "Shipment not delivered" message in my mobile. If they are able to send me this delivery failure message post delivery attempt, i hope they will as well able to call me during delivery attempt! If that call has been made, i would have been a happy customer with my bank; my bank would have been a happy customer of Bluedart and Bluedart would be a proud service provider for my bank! "For want of a nail, a war was lost! " . For want of a phone call, Bluedart's entire reputation is at stake. Also a call to your customer care costs me rs.3 / min. (With all the waiting, it rounds up to a double digit number !). Even smaller companies are sending and making pre and post delivery calls/ messages and collecting feedback.
