Bluedart Courier Services — Delivery not coordinated properly | |||
Bluedart Courier Airway Bill no : [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 21st August at Hyderabad. I was not at home. I received a sorry card for not delivering the package. Later i called up customer care and waited for 20 minutes to get connected and i was asked for my convenient time of delivery. Post taking my opinion also, the delivery was attempted at a different time the next day and i was left with a sorry card again. Later i contacted customer care again ( no need to mention the 30 minute long wait ) and i was updated that door was locked. If you try to deliver at a different time than the one specified by customer, at least have the courtesy to call and intimate. Guys.. cant you make a call to the customer prior delivery. Is customer service that much handled?? This is pretty ridiculous and i have spent 60 rs talking over phone with your insufficiently educated personnel. Till now i have not recieved the consignment and i have advised my bank to resend the package to a nearby branch in Kukkatpally through their internal courier, so that i can spend time on more useful things rather than following up a irresponsive courier service. Even smaller scale courier companies are offering a call to customer prior delivery and further send contact number of the delivering person. I think Bluedart (claiming to be a market leader and prevalent for quite a while )should adopt this basic practice to ensure prompt and proper delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||
