Bluedart — Not yet dilivered the material | |||
Dear sir / madam This is to inform you that i have booked the material under the c/n no [protected] dt 10/08/16 but till date i have not received the material,. I have spoke in your customer care with m/s sunita banerjee on 17/08/16 and she assure me that i will get a material on 18/07/16 but its 19/08/16 but till today at 1.30 pm i have not received any material. Today at 19/08/16 another person whom i talk in customer care mr raj mallick he told me that we will track your material and at 12.30 pm i will call you and inform me about the status of the material but he din call or inform me. And instead of him i call in customer care and a girl is telling me we have taken up a matter and we are doing are best to track your material what, if you people are not giving the material in time than why you people are taking a material, i am very sorry but from now onward i will tell every body that dont booked any material from bludart. Third grade service is there just they are not giving service but just they are charging double and doing business and earning money. This is not expected from you people this is bull but nothing else Was this information helpful? | |||
