Company calling sub-broker's clients again and again to convert business to direct to company against low brokerage rates, new products, etc etc, . Even if Sub -broker complaint they don't have any fear of any seniors, company heads, Sebi, consumer forum, etc . Doing unethical trades, keeping ban futures &; options open for trading, etc etc, .
Tele callers calling sub-boker's active clients to convert from sub-broker to Direct company, as they are confirming closing down of sub-brokers and merging accounts directly to the company, as according to them sub-brokers are only appointed for account opening purpose, sub-brokers make losses, does unauthorised trades etc etc,
