[Resolved]  BMA Wealth Creators Ltd — Unauthorized Trading from my demat balance for Rs 23000

Dear Sir/Core team, I am glad to see that the CORE team is there to hear my concern. My name is Shahid from bangalore, I would like to complaint against a broker firm which is BMA wealth creator Ltd located in bangalore. I have an account with BMA with client code 38370051. I had kept a balance of 24, 300 Rs in my demat account on 9th July 2014. I am not a regular trader but a normal investor. When I logged into my demat account in the first week of Dec 2014, was shocked to see that my demat balance is only Rs 1197, whereas the amount of Rs 23, 000 is not to be seen.Then I spoke to the customer care and regional head Basavaraju and relationship manager Guruprasad and found that unauthorized transaction had happened without my consent. When spoke to these guys they told that they will refund the amount and apologized for these transaction. Now its been more than a month since I have been requesting and pleading them but now they are telling that since its already 4 months old we cannot refund the amount. Here what I would like to tell is these unauthorized transaction was made as a benefit for the company to earn brokerages. Totally they have generated upto Rs 5670 as brokerage from my account. Generally I log in using my Client id 38370051 and these transactions were made using OD3839A, OD8002 and ADMIN account, I am attaching the sheet for your reference. People to whom I spoke and didnt get any support: Basavaraju KP [protected] (Regional head - bangalore) Guruprasad [protected] (Relationship manager) Shankar Poojari [protected](relationship Manager) Note: I dont check my mails and sms regularly, the bma company after doing illegal transactions, now they claim that they have sent sms and email confirmation, but they at first place are not supposed to trade without my permission.
