Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Varadaraj Nayak usually take bus route nr 201R Volvo (Starts from Srinagar to C.V Raman Nagar)
I boarded bus (KA 01-F-9113) from Banashankari Bus Station at 7.45 pm 29th September 2015 (usual timing ~7.10pm) and took ticket (BS1 269503 + BH5 773693) for Rs70 till New Tippasandra market.
But the conductor and Driver stooped at KFC signal Indira Nagar 9 pm (~1.2 Km away from New Tippasandra market) saying that it's Last stop.
They challenged me to go and complain in Banashankari Depot. They Don't care!
As Service Company BMTC should get good response by giving the planned service, this way if you work definitely it’s not a sustainable growth.
I believe you people at BMTC management take this seriously and penalize these Conductor and Driver for the same.
I also attached in detail with Images here with (Once I started taking photos Driver Changed the Bus Route Nr from 201R to shown numbers)
