Staff rude behavior and penalizing Rs.250 as travelling without valid ticket

This is to bring to your notice that on 9th March MG road metro staff behaving rudely (Operator ID : 32096) and penalizing Rs.250 unnecessarily for metro exit even after showing the metro card....

Shortage of 411-D Bus

Address:Bangalore

There is a huge shortage of Bus no. 411-D. Looks like there is only 1 bus for this route at present. Request BMTC to introduce more number of buses for this route.

Also, there is a shortage of 201-D buses, due to which many times we have to take private buses....

Non stoppage of buses at Domlur bus stop

Today i was waiting at Domlur bus stop to board bus to Marthahalli at around 12.50 PM. After few mins of waiting, KA01F9006 and KA57F1287 buses (335E)came together. i waved my hand and they saw me. But they were in hurry to pass the signal and both the buses did not stop at the bus stop. Another volvo bus also came after few mins and that bus also did not stop. All the 3 buses were almost empty. I got the bus numbers from the digital display...

No employee at Seetharampalya metro during peak hours

As metro is for people, but people working at metro Seetharampalya are just taking salary without giving duty
1. Always one person at ticket counter
2. More than 3 ticket counters are there (which is constructed simply)
3. During peak hours that one person from ticket counter goes for breakfast or break
4. People had to borrow tickets from customer care counter after bag and security check

After cancellation of QR ticket I haven't received refund amount

Address:Laxmi PG for gents pattandur Agrahara itpl Bangalore

I booked WhatsApp QR ticket from KR market to pattandur Agrahara on 7th feb around Evening 8:10 pm after making the payment I didn't recieved the QR code then I cancelled the ticket but I haven't received the refund amount till now can you please check this issue....

Didnt receive a refund for the BMTC metro ticket

Hi,

i tried to book metro through whatsapp. I paid via gpay and the amount got debited from bank but i didnt get the qr tickets. Encountered some technical problems it seems. I havent received the refund yet.
please solve my issue .

Low frequency of buses plying

The route g2 mg road to sarjapura in the morning as well the evening the the frequency is very low u miss one bus the waiting time is almost half an hour for the next bus and is always crowded. Pls increase the no of buses so that the passengers don't feel any inconveniences.
201 which travels same route should also be increased...

I m new to Bangalore city, I visited my friends in Mantri square and heading back to my pg (which is located at Peenya). I gave 50 rupees and asked for metro to Peenya, the staff gave me two coins. Since I m new to metro. I thought it was supposed give 1 at each station and there i found that people were scanning and did the same, then I thought staff had mistakenly given me two. The bus KA 01 F- 8972 which advances from Sidedahalli to Jallahalli cross did not provide a stop at the 5th cross Vishveshwariya layout which is a designated bus stop on 12th December 2023 at 9:30am, when questioned about this we were met with harsh replies from the driver.
Kindly make sure this type of incidents are not repeated again as this causes a lot of inconvenience to the common people....

The bus KA 01 F- 8972 which advances from Sidedahalli to Jallahalli cross did not provide a stop at the 5th cross Vishveshwariya layout which is a designated bus stop on 12th Dec 2023 at 9:30 am, when questioned about this inconvenience we were met with harsh replies from the driver.
Kindly make sure that this type of incidents are not repeated again as this causes a lot of inconvenience to common people....

Complaint against the driver and conductor.

The bus was not stopped on the bus stop and even refused to open door even at front of bus stop wn they were stuck at traffic and also rude behavior my conductor and driver to passengers. As there are very few buses to shivkote and have to wait for atleast 45 mins after each bus and upon all these, this driver and conductor shows this kind of behavior. Hence I kindly request to increase the buses to shivkote and also take strict action on...

Conductor rude and loud

Address:500 D - Hebbal to Silkboard bus - ORR route

Bus number : KA 01 F-9097

Elderly female with glasses was the conductor. Would scream and speak rudely. Everyone in the bus is tired and exhausted from travelling to and fro long distances. I understand being a conductor is hard, but why ruin our days too? I've taken this bus most days in the last two months. It's the same case each time. Screaming and speaking rudely, getting involved in petty arguments with other passengers....

Short fall BMTC buses

Their is lot of shortage of buses, i have to simply waste at least 30 minutes just for waiting bus from corporation to Sanjay Gandhi and from jayanagar 4 th block to Richmond circle, ,

G4 bus services

Hi Team,

I was waiting for g4 bus yesterday (nov 8 2023) from 8:20 pm till 10:10 pm at gurrappanapalya, not even one g4 service showed up. As per the timetable 3 buses should come during the window i was waiting. Finally i took an auto and have to reach brigade road.

There is no proper bus connectivity from gurrappanapalya to jp nagar, jayanagar, indira nagar metro stations. We need to walk or catch buses till...

Driver of bus KA57F3698

Hi Team
I have traveled today around 430 pm from KR p u ram bangalore to verannapalya. Bus number 500.
KA57F3698.
the driver of the bus spoke abusive and was also claiming to physically assault me in case I didn't keep at my place.
The driver was at fault and entire passengers are also aware of this.
Driver claimed bus is his and would do as he wishes.

Charging more for ticket

From majestic to hoskur gate has been charged 45 rs for the ticket.
Where as the ticket price is 40

Lost Gold Bracelet

Rude driver and conductor

KA-57 F-5186. I was waiting in bus stop, the bus driver and conductor dint stop in front of the bus stop but stopped a bit far from the stop and when I got into the bus the driver and conductor are shouting to show hand to stop the bus. What is the need of bus stops if every commuter has to show hand to stop the bus. Driver and conductor are abusing me with bad words that i dint show hand to stop the bus....

Lost wallet during bus journey
