Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to register a complaint against conductor of 201 bus route(Bus route being Srinagar to Domlur, Bangalore).
I boarded route number 201 bus at Banashankri Bus stand at around 7 15 P.M. on 15th August 2014.Ticket price to my destination being Indira Nursing home would be Rs.12/-.I handed over a Rs.20/- note to the conductor. He returned me Rs.10/- note without issuing the ticket. When asked for a ticket he refused to issue me.After an argument he handed over me a Rs.12/- ticket with the return amount written on the back of the ticket. At Indira nursing home stop, when i asked for returning the remaining change he refused to return me Rs.8/- change and did return me only after i told him that i would be complaining against him.
Also I would like to inform that the conductor took Rs.10/- from 4-5 other passengers who boarded the bus from Banashankri bus stop to Indira Nursing home and did not issue ticket.I am a regular commuter in BMTC bus and i really appreciate the effort put in by BMTC staff in having made public transport passenger friendly but it is very unfortunate that some bus conductors like him would bring a bad name to whole BMTC department through such deeds.I do not know the name of the conductor neither did i note down the bus number but i am uploading photo proof of the ticket issued to me and I request the concerned officers to take strict action against that conductor. My ticket number would be Q93 985572
Regards,
Swathi
