[Resolved] Bmtc — BMTC - KA-57-F-1286 - Rash Driving and Intentional Hit | |||
A BMTC Volvo Bus Reg No: KA-57-F-1286 Route No:335 was driving vary carelessly, driver hit my car and the backside of my car got damaged completely. This incident happen on 26th May'2015 around 12:15 PM near Vydehi hospital. I tried to stop the bus, but the driver intentionally moved the bus. BMTC regrets the inconvenience caused, taking note of your complaint direction has been issued to concerned depot authority to take necessary action against the erring crew for his lapses.
Further for claim you have to register the police complaint in the nearest police station where the accident has occurred.
