[Resolved]  Bmtc — Not willing to issue ticket

I have boarded the bus and gave 10/- ordinary bmtc bus at 10.15 AM 07 October 2014 Bus number "KA 01F 9803". He gave me 5/- back, then I have asked for ticket he was saying that I will give 10/- ticket. What the hell, if we insist on giving ticket how will they give 10/- ticket. I asked him why will you give 10/- ticket give me 6/- ticket and change. He is saying I dont have change get down of the bus. He took 8/- change from another person I have seen that and in his bag also he have lots of change and he cannot give 4/- change?

What the hell when we asked for ticket they will not give and asking passengers to get down of the bus. It's ridiculous. What will be the action taken on this conductor? I want to know the case history.
