Dear 'Sir, My daughter aged 12 years travelling on bus No. 317 A, alighting at TC Palya Gate was asked to get down at the RED Signal light instead of the Bus Stop today (01 Sep 2015) Bus travelling from Mayo hall towards Hoskette.
This kind of treatment is always seen with the bus conductor if the Signal turns to RED. He has refused to stop the bus at the 'BUS STOP"
On insistence, and my calling the bus conductor through my daughter's phone he has stopped. But has scolded and verbally abused my daughter very badly.
This is dangerous and cause harm to the children
Please ensure that corrective action is taken.
