Book My Offer — Fake product and damaged one | |||
I have brought mi power bank from book my offer and yesterday i received the order. When i opened i found that box was broken. And that batteries inside the power bank were shaking. Later i asked my frd who brought the same power bank from flipkart. According to that my product is a duplicate one. As it did not come in the same packing like how my frd got. He had company label. And a hallmark and brand chip. Where as i got this power bank in a broken plastic piece. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sane problem here.. I also got this power bank in damaged condition and That is also fake .
I also bought the same on 15 july but I got my money back they refund on 10 August

I have purchased a Ray Ban goggle from book my offer. The product I received is fake. They had shown a real picture with golden frame while ordering, but when I received it, its fake black frame. Frame is scratched and damaged.
They had shown Rs 5999 as the MRP, and took Rs 950. It looks like its worth Max Rs 100.
I need to return the product and refund.
