Sir, I have bought Mi Power Bank of 20800mah battery from online shop bookmyoffer.com on 19th April 2016.

Mobile no. - [protected]
Cost of Product - Rs. 648

But they have sent me fake Product. I have mailed them and even call them. Whenever they attend my call they always reply that they are gonna replace my product within 7 working days. But they have not taken even a single step. They are not exchanging my product and even not returning the cost of Product.
So, it's my humble request kindly helpe from getting rid of this situation.
