Sir I bought Samsung 16800 mah power bank on may 7th 2016 from making an order at Book My offer and delivered via E-com Express It did not working from a week ago. The blinking lights are not working correctly and it is not fully charged but it shows that 4 leds are fulled. when we charged a phone from this power bank it even charge a java os based mobile phone fully. I want refund for this product or an original product of same company Please respond for the complaint very soon. sir please take an action Immediately on that website and power bank making company. from making an order at Book My offer and delivered via E-com Express on 14.06.2016.
It is not working properly since the day it has been delievered .it shows that itbis fully charged by flashing 4 led lights but when I charge my Samsung gt-s7582 phone which has just 2500mah battery it is not even charged half and the battery goes down I have charged the power bank for at least 14 hours but still the same problem.
Sir, I want the refund for this product and please take some remedy actions on that company legally or else I want the original power bank with the same company with the warranty certificate.
