there is no any solution given by them. they called me on 9/06/2016 by 8447429813 number and asked about product that what is wrong with this products and i explained him everything and the phone had disconnect during communication. again next day morning i got a call from 8493068290. again they asked problem and finally they agreed for return my money, for this they demand my card no, my cvv no., expiry date and name on card even they demand my four digit ATM pin no. then i said to him, how it can possible that i give you my pin no. they were talking like a foolish and stupid man. then they said keep your product with you if you not provide your pin no. and also he was laughing during communication. i can't thik, what kind of people they are. they forced me to keep the faulty product. very ridiculous people and ridiculously they were talking. totally fake and fraud company and employs this is. never trust and purches any kind of product through book my offer.
