Today, 24 july 2015, after booking my ticket on BMS, once i get sms noticed, it picked wrong date of today rather tom, 25 july2015. INstantly i called BMS, but the customer care and respective SENIOR manager, is of no use.they kept on saying words, BMS portal can never raise an error, no matter what. Its customer fault. Hence, I WAS BEING TOLD TO EITHER USE TICKET OR WASTE IT, doesnt matter but my money will not be refunded or tickets date wont get corrected.
A NUISANCE BBM behaviour. really my hard earn money will be of waste today because of them, need penalties Was this information helpful? |
