Book My Show — online transaction failed

i have booked 4 tickets for baahubali for the date of 20 july 2015 payment has been deducted from my account as soon as i proceeded to pay later after the payment confirmation i get a mail and a message from book my show saying that my ticket booking has been failed this repeated twice and i have been intimated in the site to generate a credit voucher after generating i tried booking once again that shows me that the credit voucher is already used where no one has used it... and the worst customer care service available for this site now i understood that book my show is not even a reliable source to book for any sort of events
