I had ordered a combo of Puma shorts, Order no: [protected]
i have just received them and the order i received was fake. All items are not Puma brand its total fake. Please arrange a return as soon as possible, as this is very upsetting and unprofessional.

I had sent same mail more than 5 times till date no response from them, I tried calling their customer care no [protected] but no one is picking up and the mobile is on call forwarding, Please initiate a return from your side asap.
If not i will be forced to report you to the consumer forum and also Puma that your website in selling counterfeit items.
