[protected] is my order no.its powerbank..which I received its not my according to order..nd not working..camplaint service nd care number is not working. .yur these all service is so bad...retrn or replace my order as soon as possible. ..my order is 25000 mah samsung powerbank..nd its size is slim...but which I recived its not 25000mah its 20800 mah nd size is so big according to my size...nd its a defaulter powerbank..its not charge any phone...when I charge my phone its automatically switch off after 5 10 min..I charged it many times.
