I have received my order of Samsung 16800 mAh Power Bank on 1st April 2016 afternoon. I immediately put the power bank for charging and after being fully charged I tried charging my phone which has a 2600 mAh battery with the new power bank. It could only charge my phone 12% and that's all. I tried charging it again and charge other phones in the house. It could only charge 13%-15% and its charge gets over. As per my idea the power bank does not have a capacity of 1000 mAh even. Fooled on the April Fool's Day. How to take them to consumer court...?
