I have received mi 10400mah power bank reference no. [protected] on 21.04.2016.. The product is damaged and not working when i received the product through ecom. When i contacted to customer support, i have not found any reply from them. I kindly request you to take severe action on the bookmyoffer.com and refund the product amount to my bank account.. Bookmyoffer.com — Power bank not working and return my money
The power bank is not working I just borrowed today only I want to return the power bank please accept the complaint and give back my money or else I will take serious action Till now no response from bookmyoffer customer side. Customer care call also not connecting. Please solve the issue and refund the amount to my bank.Also take severe action on bookmyoffer.com as this is fraud online shopping business.
